I want William my son to have my car after he pays off the debt of $168.00 on it.
After my expenses ar paid (all of my indebtedness I want Ada Lee my Daughter to have what money I have left in the bank (I mean Doctors bill and burial expenses).

I want my Daughter Lucy and her husband Floyd to have the proceeds from the sale of my shoe shop.

I, Thomas C. PRYSE, Clerk of the Lee County Court do hereby certify that the above and foregoing will of L. H. MCINTYRE deceased, was filed in my said office on the 13th day of January, 1930, at a Regular Term of the Lee County Court and the same having been properly proven by the Court in open Court as the law directs, it was ordered to lie over until the next Regular term of this Court for exceptions, and no exceptions having been taken, the same is ordered to be recorded at a Regular term of the Lee Court held on the 10th day of February, 1930.

Wherefore the same and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1 at page 248.
