I hereby bequeath to my daughter, Georgia SNOWDEN (now single) the home place where I now live, and also the plot of ground belonging to me and used as garden for her use and benefit so long as she remains unmarried, and at her death if she remains single, it is my will that my other surviving heirs shall share equally in said property but I bequeath to my said daughter Georgia SNOWDEN, as an absolute gift all of my house-hold and kitchen furniture and fixtures.

It is my will that all my lawful heirs shall take part and share equally in the mineral rights, which were reserved by me in a sale of land sold by Albert COUCH, near St. Helens Kentucky;  and that it is further my will that all my surviving heirs at my death shall share equally in whatever insurance my estate may be entitled to at my death.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee Count Court do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Letcher SNOWDEN, deceased, having been produced on June 12, 1944 in open Court and having been proven by testimony of subscribing witness, South ROSE, same was established by Court to be said Will of Letcher SNOWDEN, deceased, and same is ordered to be recorded, whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 477.
