Will of Mirium B. McIntire
Know All Men By These Presents:
That I, Mirium B. MCINTIRE, of Evelyn, Lee County, Kentucky, being of sound mind and disposing memory but realizing the uncertainty of life, do make and establish this my Last Will and Testament.
First: It is my desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid, and that a suitable tombstone not exceeding in value $150.00 shall be erected over my grave after my death.
Second: I devise and bequeath to my grand children, Ernest GOE, Gladys GOE, Evelyn GOE, and Jessie GOE, all the residue of my property both real and personal, of which I may die seized and possessed, including choses in action.
