Will of Mary F. Tincher


Jan 1 1930

Being of sound mind and knowing that life is uncertain I hereby make this my last will and testament.

For their love and affection and care of me during my declining years I hereby Bequeath and will to my neice Fannie HUNDLY and her husband Walter HUNDLEY Every thing I posess Both real and personal to be theirs to dispose of as they might see Fit.

I, Thomas C. PRYSE, clerk of the Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Mary F. TINCHER, deceased, was on the 10th day of October, 1932, filed in my office, and having been proven by the Court in open Court as the law directs, and same having lain over thirty days for exceptions and no exceptions having been taken, same was confirmed and ordered to recordon the 14th day of November, 1932;  whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 293.
Given under my hand this 30th day of November, 1932
