I, Mary Jane NEWNAM of St. Helens, Lee county, Kentucky, being of full age and of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.

1.  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after my demise.

2.  I give and bequeath to my brother, Sam P. STEELE, all of the residue of my estate, that is the real estate personal and mixed of very kind and descripton, visual and contingent, wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease, to pass and vest in the devisee herein absolutely and in fee simple.

I have executed and set my hand at St. Helens, Kentucky, all of my own free will and accord and without coercion or the influence of others, and same is my free and voluntary act this 18th day of November, 1943.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee Count Court do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Mary Jane NEWNAM, deceased, having been proven and filed in open Court on February 14, 1944,  and same having been established by the Court to be the Last Will and Testament of  Mary Jane NEwNAM, deceased, whereupon same was ordered to be recorded;  whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 472.
