Will of Mary Mann

I, Mary MANN, of Clay City, Powell County, Kentucky, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this my last will and testament to-witt:

I give, devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal, of every kind and nature, to my friend Mrs. Daisy POTTER WHITE, to be hers absolutely and forever;  after payment of all my just and honest debts be paid.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 8th day of October, 1924


Signed and sealed by the said MaryMANN, who at the said time declared the same as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other, and at her request have subscribed our names as witnesses.

 Geo. REED, Clerk of the County Court for the County and state aforesaid do certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the will of the late Mary MANN appears of Record in my office in Will Book No. 2, at page 247.
