Will of Mary P. THOMPSON

I, Mary P. THOMPSON, of Beattyville, Kentucky being of lawful age, sound in mind and memory make this my last will and testament and of being the only will ever made by me, do make execute and proclaim the same, to my beloved husband, Robert THOMPSON, I devise and bequeath to him all of my property, both real and personal.

I, testator herein direct that after my demise or as soon thereafter as may be practical and expedient that all my just and legal, if any, be paid from my estate, including my funeral and burial expenses.

In witness whereof I May P. THOMPSON have this day subscribed my name to this will and testament, at Beattyville, Lee County Kentucky on the 13 day of November 1929

Subscribed by the testator, Mary P. THOMPSON in the presence of each of use and at the same time and place and declared by her to us to be her last will and testament, and thereupon, at the request of the testator or testatrix, and in her presence and in the of each other have signed our names hereto as witnesses, this 13 day of November, 1939

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee Count Court do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Mary P. THOMPSON, deceased, was on the April 14? 1943 filed in my office for record;  whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 466.
