Will of Matt Toler

I, Matt TOLER County Lee Co. Ky being aware of the uncertainty of life and in failing health but of sound mind and memory and declare this to be my will and testament in manner following to wit do hereby will everything I have to my wife Helen TOLER to keep and hold until her death and after her death it will go to Sarah TOLER, my niece to keep and hold as long as she sees cause to hold it.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee Couty Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing will of Matt TOLER, was on the this day lodged in my office for record; Whereupon the same with the foregoing have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, Page 362.
