Will of Patton & Emiline COOMER

I Patton COOMER and Emiline COOMER, husband and wife of the City of Beattyville, Lee County, Kentucky.  each being of full age and of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare this to be ______ last will and testiment, hereby revoking all other wills by us heretofore made.

First.   We direct that all our just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of any estate as soon as practiable after our deaths.

Second.  All of our property both real and personal of every kind and description wheresoever situated which we may own __ have the right to dispose of at the time of our decease.  We give and bequeath and devise to our two beloved children Robert COOMER and Lizzie GOODLETT absolut___ and in fee simple to be divided equally between them after paing all of our just debts and funeral expenses, but in case of one of the deaths of the testator herein the remaing testator shall have the use and benefit of all of our property of every description as long as they or either of them shall live an at the time of the death of both of said testators then all the property. real and personal of every descriptin belonging to both of them at the time of their respectiong deaths shall pass to our two children as above directed.

I, S. M. ESTES, Clerk of the Lee County Court, certify that the above and foregoing Will and Testiment of Patton COOMER, deceased, was filed in my said office on the 8th day of March 1926, at a regular term of the Lee County Court, and the same having been properly proven by The Court in open court as the law directs, same is ordered to lay over thirty (30) days for exception and no exceptions having been taken, the same is now ordered to be recorded at a regular term of the Lee County Court held on the 12th day of April 1926.
Wherefore the same and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1 page 206-207
