Last Will and Testament of Polly SPENCER

Know all men by these men by these [sic] presents That I, Polly SPENCER, being of sound and disposing mind the undersigned, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all other wills heretofore made by me, if any.

First:  I will that all my just debts be paid including my burial expense.

Secon:  I will and bequeath to my son E. Z. SPENCER all my real estate lying and being in Lee County, Kentucky, on the State raod leading thru by Zachariah, Kentucky, Consisting of about 45 acres and being all the land where I now live.

Third:  I will and bequeath all my personal property I may have at my decease including notes, mortages, evidence of debt and any and all other property of whatever nature, to my son E. Z. SPENCER.

Fourth: Signed, sealed and acknowledged in presence of

We the subscribbing witnesses hereto, certify, that the testator, Polly SPENCER, signed this intrument in our presence and that at her request we signed the same as witnesses in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each other.

I, Elizabeth M. SIPPLE, Clerk Lee County Court, Certify that the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Polly SPENCER, deceased, was on the 10th day December, acknowledged by the County Court of Lee County to be the last will and testament of Polly SPENCER, deceased, and ordered to be recorded, whereupon the same with this my certificate have been recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 503.
Given under my hand, this 12th day of December 1945.
