That I Patsy WEST, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament.

Item 1.  I will all of my household furniture and personal property of every description to my beloved neice Carrie GODFREY, to be hers absolutely.

Item 2.  I will my house and lot, located in Beattyville KY. to my brother Jim ROSS and my neice Carrie GODFREY, one half to each, and direct them to sell said house and lot and pay my funeral expenses out of the proceeds of sale thereof any balance remaing out of said sale after payment of my said funeral expenses to be divided equally between them.

PRYSE, Clerk of the Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Patsy ROSS, deceased, was filed in my said office for record on the 12th day of September, 1932 and having been proven by the Court in open Court as the law directs;  and same having lain over thirty days for exceptions, and no exceptions having been taken, same was confirmed and ordered to record the 10th day of October, 1932;  
Whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, pages 290.
