Will of Rachel E. Strong Crawford

I, Rachel E. CRAWFORD of Beattyville, Lee County Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainity of life do there fore make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament that is to say:

I give and bequeath to my neice Lillie JONES my home and all its furniture and lot in Beattyville Lee County Kentucky, and after all depts are paid what ever use is left both real and personal kind an caracter I will, and bequeath to my neice, Florence S. MATHIS and direct that W. L. JONES be appointed administrater with a reasonable bond in testimony.  Whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name this Dec. 15th, 1941.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS SIPPLE, Clerk Lee County Court do Certify that the foregoing Will of Rachel E. CRAWFORD, having been acknowledged in Court to be the last Will of Rachel E. CRAWFORD, deceased, was filed in my office - Whereupon, the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in Will book 1, Page 488.  Given under my hand this 26th day of February 1945.
