I Richard WEBB, of Old Landing, Lee County, Kentucky, being of sound and disposing mind and memory make this, my last will and testament.  I give, devise and bequeath all my estat and property real and personal, as follows:
I bequeath to my six children, to wit:  Cleveland WEBB, Cathleen YOUNG, John WEBB, Sarah Franses COBB, Elisha WEBB and Gracie HORN, all my property, both real and personal, which I may possess at the time of my death, to be shared equally between them, provided, however, my wife Mary E. WEBB shall have the use and occupancy of my said property during her natural life , provided she remains my widow, but should she marry then and in that event, all rights in any and all of my said property so far as she is concerned shall cease, and thereupon be divided equally between my said children or their heris at law.

In witness whereof, I have signed, published and declared this instrument as my last will and testament, in said county, state aforesaid, this 19th day of April, 1932.
