Will of Thomas Porter


I, Thomas PORTER, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby give and bequeath all of my property of every kind wheresoever situate to my wife, Elizabeth M. PORTER, because I have full Confidence in said wife and know that she will deal fairly and justly with my three children, and hereby direct that she be qppointed executrix, of this my last will and testament and that no bond be required of her or surety thereon.
This this [sic] 25th day of June, 1934

Signed by Thomas PORTER in our presence and in the presence of each other and declared at said time by him to be his last will and testament.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee Co. Courts, do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Thos. PORTER, deceased, was filed in my said office for record on the 11th day of March, 1935, at a Regular Term of the Lee County Court and having been proven by the Court, in open court as the law directs, same is hereby established as the last will and testament of Thos PORTER, deceased, and ordered to be recorded; whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 311..
Given under my hand this June 13, 1935.
