I give 1/9 of all the land of which I may die possessed to my son Floyd PALMER, his life, and at his death, said land shall go to his bodily heirs.

ESTES, Clerk of the Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing Will and Testament of Wm PALMER was filed in my said office on the 9th day of July, 1928, at a regular term of the Lee County Court, and the same having been properly proven by the Court in Open Court as the law directs, same is ordered to lay over thirty (30) days for exceptions, and no exceptions having been taken, the same is now ordered to be recorded at a regular term of the Lee County Court held on the 13th day of August, 1928.

Wherefore the same and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, pages 213.
