First.  I direct All my just debts be paid, including reasonable burial and funeral expenses.

Second.  I give devise and bequeath unto my wife, Stella Rinard PIATT, all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate, to be hers absolutely and in fee simple.

Third.  I appoint my said wife, Stella Rinard PIATT, executrix of this my last will and testament, and request that no inventory of my estate be required and that no bond be required of my said executrix.

I, Thomas C. PRYSE, Clerk of the Lee County Court, certify that the foregoing will of William A. PIATT, deceased, was filed in my said office on December 8, 1930 at a regular term of the Lee County Court, and the same having been proven by the Court, in open Court as the Law directs, same was ordered to lie over (30) days for exceptions and nonve having been taken same was ordered to record

Whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 270.
