Will of William S. Thacker

I, Wm S. THACKER, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows, to wit:  I do will and bequeath unto my wife Emily J. THACKER all my earthly possessions to be used and disposed of by her at her descretion without bond.

I, C. B. LOVELACE, Clerk of the Lee County Court, do certify that the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and tesatment of Wm. S. THACKER, deceased, was the 26th day of February, 1912 produced in open Court it being the regular Feb. 1912 of the Lee County Court and offered for probate and filed and proven by the affidavits of James WARNER and H. D. ROGERS, subscribing witnesses thereto and the same was this day admitted to record, whereupon the same and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office.
Given under my hand this Feb. 26th, 1912.
