I Zollie CREECH on Dec 5 - 1936 Being in my right mind Will and bequeath at my Death to Joe CREECH my Son all of my Real estate and Personal Property Provided he will support my wife Lillie CREECH and four daughters Dorothy CREECH, Helen CREECH, Dollie Rae CREECH, Wanda Fae CREECH. I also will to my following sons and daughters Lucille SPENCER, Ralph CREECH, Nellie LUCAS, Dillard CREECH, Lola JOHNSON the sum of one dollar $1 each.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing Last Will and testament of Zollie CREECH, deceased, was on this day produced and filed in open Court and proven by the testimonies of Everett BRANDENBURG and Lola JOHNSON, the two subscribing witnesses thereto and same was established to be the Last Will and Testament of Zollie CREECH, deceased; Whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 404..
