Conley WHICKER, 70, Moriah Road, died at Baptist Regional Medical Center, Corbin, March, 4, 1991.

The son of the late Chester and Orlie STRONG Whicker, he was born June 26, 1921 in Owsley County.  A farmer, he was a member of the Swiss Colony Baptist Church.

Mr. WHICKER was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie SPURLOCK Whicker.

Survivors include a daughter Connie VANDY, Barbourville;  four grandchildren, Robin SOWDERS, Bimble, Rebecca, Brad, and Brent VANDY, all of Barbourville;  three brothers, Bruce WHICKER, Russell Springs, Clifford WHICKER, London, and Chester WHICKER, East Bernstadt;  a sister, Betty KOHLER, Walton.

Funeral services were held at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Swiss Colony Cemetery.
