make my last Will & Testament.  I the first plan I wish all my just
Debts paid.  In the Second plan in so much as my Brother Harrison
Mansfield has been heard to me I give
him my watch & riding horse to him.  In the third plan it is my wish
that my brother Washing ton Mans-
field shall not be p_p__ upon the debt which he is owning me but that he
___ be liberally indu___/  In the fourth
plan it is my wish that all my property of every kind whatever not
otherwise above disposed of
should go to my only child Catherine Mansfield.

Pursuant to an order from the Todd County Court at this November Term
1831.
We the undesigned meet at the Joint motion of Doctor David Pollard on the
30th of November 1831and being first sworn before William Mc Terry ____
We proceeded to divide four Negroes into thus divisions.
David Pollard having relinquished his right to said Negroes to the other
heirs and legal Representatives of ROBERT POLLARD died no will appear by
Relinquishment herewith file marked A this appraisment need.

Sarah Lewis           draw No 1.   a woman named Anna at        $ 300.00.
William T. Pollard  draw No 3.   George and Solomon at
350.00.
Mary J Pollard        draw No. 2.  Louis at
300.00.

We are of opinion that William T. Pollard having drew George and
Solomon(?) at $350, he is to pay each of the other two heirs $16.66 2/3
cents. After dividing said Negroes as provided to divide the lying in
Todd County belonging to the heirs and representatives of ROBERT POLLARD
died as shown as by David Pollard as noted and divided by deed from Henry
W. Meriwether and Thomas Pollard to the heirs of ROBERT POLLARD for of 26
acres herewith filed marked B said deed _____ to Lewis and inso that part
of said land they are in possession of not exceeding 100 acres in
Computation with their nos________ _______ we are of opinion after taking
a view of ____ the Premises that the Lot said of for Sarah J Lewis shall
embrace all the cleared and uncleared land together with the buildings.
Edwin and Sarah J Lewis in possession of and contains 70 acres as laid
off in the foregoing plot on the next page and _____  and bounded, or
following, beginning at a stand the South East corner of the Original
tract thence with the old line N. 18 E. 66 poles to a post oak thence S.
82 W. 100 poles to a large pin oak., thence N. 8. W. 10 poles to a Post
Oak thence S. 82 W. 52 poles to a black oak and two post oaks thence
South 82 poles to two black jacks & N. 82. E. 174 poles to the
Beginning.
David Pollard 100 acres noted and bounded as follows. Beginning at a
large Post Oak S. W. Corner of the original tract thence with one of the
old lines N. 82. E. 136 poles to two black Jacks corner to Lewis lot
thence with a line of sd Lot North 120 poles to a stake near an apple
tree marked with three
chops thence N. 82 W. 134 poles to two hickory bushes thence with the old
line North 120 poles to the Beginning
William T. Pollard lot containing 130 acres Beginning at a stake near an
apple tree marked with three
chops to David Pollards Lot with a line of said Lot S. 82. W. 134 poles
to two hackings on the old line with it North 146 poles to a stake plan
of old corner thence with another of the old lines due East 145 poles to
a hickory and black oak bushes thence S. 5. W. 146 poles to the Beginning

Post Oak with said line S. 16. E. 163 poles to a post oak Corner to Lewis

The foregoing Report of the commissions appointed to divide the Estate of
ROBERT POLLARD died and was at the February Term 1832 of the Todd County
Court produced in open Court Herewith approved and Ordered to be
Recorded. Whereupon I have truely Recorded the Same in my Office with
this Certificate.

David M. Pollard Relinquishment  (Examined)
The following are the relinquishments inferred in the foregoing report in
their words to wit.
For and in Consideration of advancements made to me by my father in his
life times I hereby order and transfer over to Edwin Lewis & Sarah J.
his wife, William T. Pollard and Mary J. Pollard all the Right, Title,
Grant or claim I have to a parcel of Negroes totally in the possession of
ROBERT POLLARD and deeded by order of the Todd Circuit Court to myself
and the aforenamed persons after the death of said ROBERT POLLARD and the
Commissions are hereby directed to deliver over my portion of said
Negroes to them and to divide said negroes into this __ ___ of ____ _____
given under my hand this 14th day of November 1831. It is understood that
the negroes formerly sold by ROBERT POLLARD is not intended in the above
release.

The foregoing Report of the commissions appointed to divide the Estate of
ROBERT POLLARD died and was at the February Term 1832 of the Todd County
Court produced in open Court Herewith approved and Ordered to be
Recorded. Whereupon I have truely Recorded the Same in my Office with
this Certificate.

David M. Pollard Relinquishment  (Examined)
The following are the relinquishments inferred in the foregoing report in
their words to wit.
For and in Consideration of advancements made to me by my father in his
life times I hereby order and transfer over to Edwin Lewis & Sarah J.
his wife, William T. Pollard and Mary J. Pollard all the Right, Title,
Grant or claim I have to a parcel of Negroes totally in the possession of
ROBERT POLLARD and deeded by order of the Todd Circuit Court to myself
and the aforenamed persons after the death of said ROBERT POLLARD and the
Commissions are hereby directed to deliver over my portion of said
Negroes to them and to divide said negroes into this __ ___ of ____ _____
given under my hand this 14th day of November 1831. It is understood that
the negroes formerly sold by ROBERT POLLARD is not intended in the above
release.
