In the Second plan in so much as my Brother Harrison Mansfield has been heard to me I give him my watch & riding horse to him. David Pollard having relinquished his right to said Negroes to the other heirs and legal Representatives of ROBERT POLLARD died no will appear by Relinquishment herewith file marked A this appraisment need. ______ _______ the following division Sarah Lewis draw No 1. a woman named Anna at $ 300.00. William T. Pollard draw No 3. George and Solomon at 350.00. Mary J Pollard draw No. 2. Louis at 300.00. ----------- $ 950.00. We are of opinion that William T. Pollard having drew George and Solomon(?) at $350, he is to pay each of the other two heirs $16.66 2/3 cents. Pollard all the Right, Title, Grant or claim I have to a parcel of Negroes totally in the possession of ROBERT POLLARD and deeded by order of the Todd Circuit Court to myself and the aforenamed persons after the death of said ROBERT POLLARD and the Commissions are hereby directed to deliver over my portion of said Negroes to them and to divide said negroes into this __ ___ of ____ _____ given under my hand this 14th day of November 1831.
