Town of Topsfield Resources   The Town of Topsfield lies approximately at the center of Essex County which in turn lies in the Northeast Corner of the Bay State. Topsfield is a fairly compact town of thirteen square miles. It is an area of rolling hills and winding streams, with some of the highest land in Essex County. Topsfield remains primarily a residential community with a population of approximately 5,700.
