Martin Flanagan was informed by telegram Saturday of the death of his uncle, George Flanagan at Boston. He was 76 years of age and had been a resident of Boston for more than 50 years, during which time he conducted a clothing business. He leaves a wife, one daughter and four grandchildren.

The Boston Herald Friday last announces the death of George Flanagan of that city. He was 76 years old. He had been a resident of Boston fopr more than 50 years, during all of which time he conducted a clothing business., and although he had not accumulated great wealth he had by honest and persistent injury acquired considerable property. He leaves a wife and one daughter- married- and four grandchildren. He was a brother of Martin Flanagan and James Flanagan of Kent County New Brunswick and an uncle to James Flanagan and Mrs. John Sutton, Moncton N.B.

FOLEY, Paul Sr. b. Nov. 11, 1917 in Boston, Ma to the parents of JOHN FOLEY and ELIZABETH MCGILLICUDDY . Husband of the late Margaret MADDEN FOLEY. Died January 31, 1999 after a long illness. Paul leaves behind; Daniel F of Gustavus, Alaska, Mary A. of Eastham,MA Paul F. Jr. of Brewster, MA also 9 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter, Also surving brother Gerald Foley his twin. Mr. Paul also leaves realtives in Irleand. Paul Foley Sr. was a police officer in Boston for many years, was in the Korean War and did a lot of work for the St. Joan of Arc chirch in Orleans, MA.
Visiting hours are today Feb. 2, 1999 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Nickerson
Furnal Home in Orleans, MA . He will be buried by his wife in National Cemetry in Bourn, MA on Wed following a Mass at St. Joan of Arc in Orleans, Ma at 11AM.
