I've "rescued" an old photograph of John J. SANBORN
of Washington D. C. No photographer or studio location indicated,
however, the photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870's
or 1880's with John likely in his 40' at the time. Based on limited
research, I was able to locate the following information regarding
John:
John Jay SANBORN, b. 6 Sept 1840 the son of John Jatau SANBORN
(b. 1 Mar 1797 in Boston, MA) and Laura SWASEY (b.4 Dec 1809).
The couple was married Aug. 1837.
