Berrien Research Facility
The
Berrien County Clerk allows genealogical research at 2100 East
Empire, Benton Harbor, MI 49022. That facility is open limited
hours for genealogy purposes: Mon 8:30am - 12:30pm, Wed 8:30am
- 4:30pm, Fri 12:30am - 4:30pm.
Records available
there are: birth (1867-1889), marriage (1831-present), death
(1867-present) & Naturalization records. Probate records
may be view at that facility but you must contact Probate Office
to arrange viewing of PROBATE records. See Resource page for
more info about viewing or obtaining other records in Berrien
County.
