MODERN BROTHERHOOD OF AMERICA

Flint Lodge No. 1286, Modern Brotherhood of America, a beneficiary order, which originated in Tipton, Iowa, in the year, 1897, was organized March 22, 1894, in Foresters Hall, with thirty-four charter members. Its present meeting place is Knight of Columbus hall and its membership is about one hundred and sixty. The meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. The officers are:

Secretary Mrs. Martha Young
Treasurer Marion Young
