ROSE, Nina May b. Oct 20, 1891 in Scranton, Lackawanna Co., PA d. Apr 13, 1967 in Oakland, Alameda Co. CA, on Apr 30, 1914, place unknown. Father: John ANGLE b. Unk, Michigan d. Unk; Mother: Nancy M. ______, b. Unk d. Unk m. Unk. It is known that Evert had a sister Ettie Virginia and brother Clarence, both, it is believed, were also born in Dryden. Children of Evert and Nina were born in Millville, Shasta Co., CA.

Working on the book the DESCENDANTS OF STEPHEN CUMMIN(GS)S (5) 1736 to about 1815. He was born 13 Dec 1736 in Attelboro, Mass and resided in Coventry, RI then Pownal, VT where he served in the American Revolution then removed to Pittsfield, New Lisbon Otsego Co., New York where he probably died around 1815. He was the son of Abraham Jr. (4) Abraham (3) John (2) Isaac of Topsfield, Mass. 1630 (1) Many descendants removed to Erie and Stueben Co., NY then to Michigan. Have located his descendants in the following Michigan Counties; BERRIEN, CASS, ST. JOSEPH, BRANCH, HILLSDALE, LENAWEE, MONROE, VAN BURIEN, KALAMAZOO, CALHOUN, JACKSON, WASHTENAW, WAYNE, ALLEGAN, BARRY, EATON, INGHAM, OAKLAND, KENT, CLINTON, SHIAWASSEE, GENESEE, LAPEER, SANILAC,TUSCOLA, SAGINAW, GRATIOT, MONTCALM, NEWAYGO, MIDLAND, BAY, ARENAC, GLADWIN, CLARE, LAKE, ROSCOMMON, OGEMAW, IOSCO, GRAND TRAVERSE, LEELANAU, EMMET, CHEBOYGAN, EMMET, CHEBOYGAN, DELTA. Searching for the family of Albert LEE who resided in Lapeer during the Civil War. Albert's wife was Mary, son: Eugene Marshall LEE b.1857-60 and daughter: Mary Lee. Isaac LEWIS was married to Pernina CARKOFF. They had ten children: Julia, Isaac jr., Elis, Hellen, George, William, Winfield Scott, Thomas, Marion(Mary Jane), Nena. Isaac and Pernina possibly came from the "Isle of Wright" or the "Isle of Mann". Also possibly buried in Lum, Michigan. A C WALTERHOUSE, b 1868 in Ontario Canada, came to Lapeer Co. MI at the age of 13 in or about 1881. He worked for the Lapeer Co. "Clarion" as a printer's apprentice. He worked for the "Clarion" until about 1889 when he went to Northville MI to run the "Northville Record". I believe he married Myra GREGORY while still in Lapeer Co.
