Last Will and Testament of Delphina FOX


I Delphina Fox of the Township of Goodland Co of Lapeer and State of Michigan being of 
sound mind but feeble in body do make this my last Will and Testament herby revoking all 
former Wills and Testament byme made. I herby Will and bequeth to my Beloved Husband 
Sylvester Fox after my sick and funeral expenses are paid all right total and interest that I 
may die the possesses of in the following described Real Estate. The Southeast Quarter 
(1/4) of the Northwest Quarter of Section seventeen (17) of the aforesaid Township of 
Goodland containing Forty acres more or less or any and all the property either Real or 
personal during his natural life and to his own esfreial benefit and behoof and at his disease 
to be equaly divided and distributed to my beloved children as to their heirs said children 
who's names are as follows, Lowell Fox, Henry O. Fox, Lewis S. Fox, Eliza Jenett Ellis, 
William D. Fox, Ada Fox, Lucinda S. Fox, as heirs to receive equally within one year or as 
soon as may be said property after the death of my husband said Sylvester Fox.  I herby 
name and appoint J. Dudley Mason of the aforesaid  Township of Goodland Co of Lapeer 
and State of Mich if living and residing within the said County of Lapeer and if not than any 
other suitable person that my surviving children at the time of my Husbands disease shall 
wish and petition for.

Signed and sealed and delivered to my Executor J. Dudley mason this Twenty third day of 
April A.D. 1881.
