Barclay, Joseph C. Pontiac, Oakland County Enlisted September 10th, 1864 at Pontiac for 1 year, age 44. Mustered September 10th as a substitute for Livingsford Axford. Joined the Regiment near Petersburg Virginia on October 2nd, 1864. Discharged at Munson's Hill, Virginia June 1st, 1865.
Baxter, Hiram H. Tuscola County Enlisted on August 10th, 1861 at Tuscola for 3 years, age 23. Mustered August 22nd, 1861. Re-enlisted on December 18th, 1863 at Stevensburg, Virginia. Mustered December 19th, 1863. Wounded in action on November 28th, 1863 in a skirmish near the Rapidan River. This action took place in the Mine Run Area. Wounded in action at the Battle of the Wilderness on May 6th, 1864. Mustered out at Jeffersonville Indiana, July 5th, 1865. Member of Milo Warner Post 232, G.A.R, Cass City, Tuscola County Buried in Elkland Cemetery, Tuscola County.
Beach, William C. Ellington, Tuscola County Enlisted as a Sergeant on August 8th, 1861, age 38. Mustered August 22nd, 1861. Died of disease at Washington, D.C. on October 8th, 1862. Body brought home and is buried in Family Cemetery at Highland in Oakland County.
Beck, John G. Tuscola County Enlisted February 26th, 1862 at Detroit for 3 years, age 34. Mustered February 26th. Discharged for disability at Washington D.C. on January 5th, 1863.
Beebe, Abyron Tuscola County Enlisted on August at Monroe for 3 years, age 23. Mustered August 29th. Wounded in action on June 30th, 1862 at the Battle of White Oak Swamp. Discharged for disability at Baltimore Maryland on February 9th, 1863.
Beebe, Edwin Tuscola County Enlisted on August 8th, 1861 at Arbela for 3 years, age 18. Mustered on August 22nd, 1861. Killed in action at the Battle of Gettysburg and buried on the ridge that ran from the Abraham Bryan's farm to Peter Frey's farm, {Basically part of Cemetery Ridge}. Re-interred in the Gettysburg National Military Cemetery in Michigan Plot A-21.
Beebe, Francis Pine Grove, Tuscola County Enlisted on August 8th, 1861 at Arbela for 3 years, age 21. Mustered August 22nd, 1861. Was in the Battle of Balls Bluff and then after that was taken sick and was in the Hospital till his discharge. Discharged for disability at Detroit Michigan, November 28th, 1863. Belonged to James Bradley Post 240, Grand Army of the Republic. Died on 9-25, 1921. Buried at Pine Grove Cemetery, Tuscola County. Belmor, Alexander Tuscola County Enlisted as a Corporal on June 19th, 1861 at Monroe for 3 years, age 37. Mustered August 29th, 1861. Re-enlisted at Stevensburg, Virginia on December 18th, 1863. Mustered on December 19th. Wounded in action at the Battle of the Wilderness on May 8th, 1864. Discharged for disability at Detroit on December 22nd, 1864. Buried in Ottawa County Michigan
Benson, Charles H. Saginaw County Enlisted on August 24th, 1861 at Monroe for 3 years, age 18. Mustered August 29th, 1861. Re-enlisted at Stevensburg, Virginia on December 18th, 1863. Mustered December 19th, 1863. Mustered out at Jeffersonville Indiana on July 5th, 1865. Centennial Graves Registration possibly shows him as Carl Benson buried in Oakridge Cemetery, Bay County.
Blair, John Lapeer County Enlisted on July 28th, 1863 at Lapeer for 3 years, age 43. Mustered July 28th, 1863. Taken Prisoner of War at the Battle of the Wilderness on May 6th, 1864. Died at Andersonville Prison, Georgia on September 11th, 1864. Buried in grave 7796.
Blakely, Foster H. Tuscola County Enlisted on August 12th, 1861 at Tuscola for 3 years, age 21. Mustered August 21st, 1864. Re-enlisted at Stevensburg, Virginia on December 18th, 1863. Died at Washington, DC on September 3rd, 1864 from wounds received at the Battle of Ream's Station on August 25th, 1864

Re-entered service in Company C, 27th Michigan Infantry on April 2nd, 1863 at Ypsilanti for 3 years. Mustered on April 10th, 1863. Promoted to Sergeant and then to 1st Sergeant. Was discharged to accept promotion on May 20th, 1864. Commissioned as 1st Lieutenant of Company B, 2nd Michigan Infantry on April 1st, 1864. Mustered on May 23rd, 1864. Commissioned as Captain on June 6th, 1864. Wounded in Action on July 30th, 1864 at the Battle of the Crater near Petersburg Virginia. Discharged on December 12th, 1864. Died on March 31st, 1902, buried at Riverside Cemetery, Tuscola County.
Bratt, Andrew Tuscola County Enlisted on August 7th, 1861 at Juniata for 3 years, age 18. Mustered August 22nd, 1861. Wounded and missing in action on June 30th, 1862 at the Battle of White Oak Swamp. Returned to the Regiment on September 17th, 1863. Transferred to Invalid Corps at Berry Hill Virginia on November 11th, 1863. Discharged from 104th Company, 2nd Battallion Veterans Reserve Corps on August 24th, 1864. Died on March 22nd, 1884 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Lot 39, Section E, Vassar, Tuscola County.
Brewster, Milo   Enlisted on February 8th, 1864 at Detroit for 3 years, age 18. Mustered on February 18th, 1864. Joined Regiment at Stevensburg, Virginia on March 8th, 1864. Mustered out at Jeffersonville Indiana on July 5th, 1865. Was present at the dedication of the Sherman Post 410 GAR Monument at Riverside Cemetery in Vassar, name is honored on the monument, also was a member of Post 410. Lived in the Midland area after the war reportedly.
Brock, Eben Tuscola County Enlisted on March 10th, 1862 at Detroit for 3 years, age 19. Discharged for disability at Washington DC on June 30th, 1862. Died at the Michigan Soldiers Home, Grand Rapids, Kent County, April 13th, 1920. Buried in Soldiers Home Cemetery, Grand Rapids.
Henry J. Brown   Could also be Henry L. Brown of Jonesville that enlisted in Company C on August 5th, 1861 at Jonesville, age 24. Reportedly deserted on July 12th, 1863 at Williamsport, Maryland. The 46 Volume Library edition may be wrong. He has a Government Issued stone describing his service as Company E and or a GAR Marker
Brusie, Philetus Tuscola County Enlisted on February 25th, 1862 at Juniata for 3 years, age 22. Mustered on February 25th, 1862. Discharged on November 29th, 1862 to enlist in Company E, 9th Michigan Cavalry. Died on February 17th, 1920 and buried at Wajamega Cemetery, Tuscola County.
Buetow, Charles H. Tuscola, Tuscola County Charles Buetow served under the name Charles Buter. Enlisted on August 25th, 1861 at. mustered out on July 5th, 1865 at Jeffersonville, Indiana. Born 1843 in Mecklenburg, Germany. Corporal, Buried in Buetow Family plot at Bloomfield Cemetery, Saginaw County. Present at the dedication of the Sherman Post 410 GAR Monument at Riverside Cemetery, Vassar. Name is honored on Monument. Died 3-23-30. Buried in Buetow Family Plot, Bloomfield Township Cemetery, Saginaw County.
Butler, Buel H. Tuscola County Enlisted on August 5th, 1861 at Tuscola for 3 years, age 22. Mustered on August 22nd, 1861. Died of disease while home on furlough at Tuscola on October 3rd, 1862.
