KRUG, William N.; born, Detroit, Aug. 27, 1867; son of Joseph T. and Catherine (Meneilley) Krug; educated in public schools of Detroit; married at Detroit, 1891, Hettie Dieterie. Began active career in employ of freight department of the Wabash R.R., continuing for ten years; then became connected with the Michigan Car Association and continued for seven years; was secretary Detroit Coal Club and in 1902 established independently in business as the Commercial Coal Company, wholesale coal, of which he is sole owner and manager. KRUM, Alburn Hager; born, North Blenheim, N.Y., Aug. 8, 1848; son of Hiram and Delia Maria (Hager) Krum; educated in public schools and academy, Glens Falls, N.Y.; married at New York City, June 20, 1872, Ethalind Brainerd. Removed with parents to Glens Falls, 1854; clerked in store at Glens Falls, January, 1864, autumn of 1865; located in New York City and entered employ of Hurd & Houghton, publishers, later with Oakley & Mason; became member of firm of Mason, Baker & Pratt, 1872 and Baker, Pratt & Co., 1874; organized firm of Anderson & Krum, stationers, continuing until

1892; became connected with rubber footwear business, 1894, and three years later removed to Detroit, where has since been in charge of A.H. KUHN, Charles F., physician and surgeon; born, Detroit, Nov. 1, 1870; son of Jacob and Elizabeth (Hochstadt) Kuhn; educated in Detroit public schools, night school, Detroit Business College and Michigan College of Medicine and Surgery, degree of M.D., April 24, 1901; unmarried. Began active career as apprentice in carriage trimming at 12 years of age; was foreman carriage factory from 18th to 25th year; became partner in firm of Winfield & Kuhn, carriage builders, Ja. 2, 1895, purchased partner’s interest, Mar. 1, 1895, and continued until January, 1896, when entered medical college.
