Dear sister and all, 

Got you letter some time ago forgive me for nnot answering sooner. You wanted to know how Ma's life from the time she was born till her death I will do the best I can. Mom was born in a little villiage by the name of Waschenbeuren (other spellings are scratched out) Germany. She was named Rosina Kuhn her father's name was Andres Kuhn her mother's maiden name was Singer I do not know her mother's first name she died when she mom was 4 (could be 14, or just a scratch) years old she went to a grade school till she was 16 then she worked in a mill and dairy farm till she was 23 when she married Micheal Bye in May 1869. They lived in Germany about 10 years but after her father died they migrated to this country in 1879 and settled here at cass city.  Micheal Bye died in 1900. Mother died in August 1932. Mother was born June 29-1845.

This is about all I can tell you. Sorry about June hope she is well again give out our best wishes by now and write.
