Wish to dispell any rumours about developers taken over this cemetery, First of it's under the protection of the State of Michigan as there is Indians buried in this cemetery, Secondly I error on the first submission where it was located I said Commings Township, when I knew better, Its in Clinton Township, Thirdly I just reported on the general neglect of the cemetery, Only developement that is going on is around the lake area near the cemetery I have spoken with the township clerk also on this and this cemetery is now under complete controll of the township, plus the state has given more state land for expansion, its just the township has the funds to maintained it as it should be
