Store Falls Brown City lost one of its businesses at least for a while on Friday morning as the McIntyre Dime Store collapsed in a pile of rubble. Two clerks in the store were not injured. The cause is not definate but contractors has been digging a foundation for a new store on the next door lot and it is thought that the wall was weakened by the trench nest to it. To a passerby the building appears to have been destroyed by a blast or an explosion. The building was constructed in 1911 and is now owned by the Chris Schoenhals estate.
