SERVICES HELD FOR LOUIS BOEGER, 75.
 Louis A. Boeger, Mexico rural route no. 2, father of William H. Boeger and Mrs. Ida Wyss, died at his daughter's home at 1302 N. Wade Street Saturday evening after about five week's illness.  The 75 year old retired carpenter suffered a relapse after an operation at the Audrain County Hospital about three weeks ago.  The Rev. A.A. Wallace of the Presbyterian Church conducted the funeral service at the Precht Chapel at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon.  Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.  Pall bearers were Phil Shire, Dave Rodgers, Conrad Shuttee, John and Gus Fairchild, and Will Wyss.  Surviving are his wife, Wilhelmina Boeger, Three brothers, August of Williamsburg, Fred of Higgensville, and Edward of Louisville, Kansas; two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Knight and Mrs. Reka Kombrink, both of Kansas City; four sons, William H. of Mexico and Walter of Hartsburg.  Edwin of St. Louis and Alfred of Independence; and two daughters, Mrs. Ida Wyss of Mexico and Mrs. Della Mudd of Kansas City.  Two sisters, Cary and Lizzie died many years ago; and one brother, Henry, died in Warren County eight years ago.  Mr. Boeger came to Audrain County at the age of 17 and has lived in this vicinity ever since.  He was born in Germany on May 30, 1863.

Well Known Retired Audrain Farmer Dies Here Saturday P.M.  Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock here Monday afternoon at the Precht Funeral Chapel, for Louis Boeger, 76 year old Audrain County retired farmer, who died at 6:20 o'clock Saturday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. P.F. Wyss on North Wade Street.  Dr. A.A. Wallace, pastor of the Mexico Presbyterian Church of which Mr. Boeger was a devoted member, officiated and interment was at Elmwood Cemetery.  Pallbearers were John and Guy Fairchild, Dave Rodgers, Phil Shire, Conrad Schuttee, and Mr. Wyss.  Mr. Boeger was born in Germany May 3, 1863, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Boeger.  When he was 19 years old, after his father's death, he accompanied his mother and sisters and brothers to America and resided in Warren County until 50 years ago when he moved to Audrain.  Here he was married January 6, 1891, to Wilhelmine Fisbeck, who survives him.  He also leaves six children, Mrs. Wyss and William H. Boeger of this city, Walter of Hartsburg, Edwin of St. Louis, Alfred of Independence and Mrs. Della Mudd of Kansas City; two sisters, Mrs. Rika Kombrink and Mrs. W. H. Knight of Kansas City; three brothers, Fred of Hannibal, August of Williamsburg and Ed of Louisburg, Kan; 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild.  Music at the funeral included quintette selections by L.H. Ives, Mrs F.W. Cone, Mrs. P.C. Ekern, Mrs. C.E. Leeper and Harry McGee.  Mrs. Forrest Wonneman served as accompanist.  The Ledger extends syampathy in the loss of this prominent citizen.

Boeger, Wilhelmina (Fisbeck)   Source: Obituary from an unknown newspaper: Last rites for Mrs, Louis Boeger of Mexico, Route 2, were held Friday afternoon at the Precht-Hueston Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. T. A. Jaeger Jr., regional education director of the Synod of Missouri,  Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.  Music for the service was provided by Mrs. George Koen, organist and Mrs, Harold McLane, soloist.  Six grandsons, George Wyss and William Wyss of Auxvasse, Walter Wyss and Robert Wyss of Mexico, Ross Henry Boeger of Ashland and Billy Boeger of Independence, were pall bearers.  Among those from out of town here for the services were Mr. and Mrs. Albert Boeger of Independence; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Boeger, Mrs. Edith Mae Shalle, Joe King, and Mrs. Blanche Dean Duard of St. Louis.  Mr. and Mrs. Frank Boeger of Warrenton; Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Boeger of Independence; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Pickrell and Mrs. Pauline Knight of Kansas City.  Mr. and Mrs. Walter Boeger of Hartsburg; Mrs. Ross Henry Boeger of Ashland; Mr. and Mrs. Irl Knight and daughter, Terry, of Fenton; and Mr. and Mrs. John Boeger of Robinson.  Mrs. Boeger died Wednesday afternoon at the Audrain Hospital after a short illness.  

Boeger, Wilhelmina Fisbeck.  Source: Obituary from an unknown newspaper; [Died March 6, 1957] Mrs. Louis Boeger, 89, Mexico, Route 2, died at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Audrain Hospital.  She had been a patient there since the latter part of last week following a heart attack.  Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Precht-Hueston Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.  The Rev. Gary Hoffius, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will officiate.  Grandsons will serve as pall bearers.  Born in Germany on Jan. 22, 1868, Mrs. Boeger was the former Miss Wilhelmina Fisbeck.  She came to America when she was 20 years old, and on Jan 6, 1891, she was married to Mr. Boeger, who died in 1939.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.  Survivors include six children; William Boeger and Mrs. Ida Wyss of the home, Walter Boeger of Hartsburg, Mrs. Joe Pickrell of Kansas City, Edwin Boeger of St. Louis and Alfred Boeger of Independence.  Fourteen grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren also survive.

Boeger, Ida Carrie Wyss.  Source: Unknown newspaper: [Died November 4, 1964] Mrs. Ida C. Wyss Dies At Mexico; Rites Held Today.  Funeral Services for Mrs. Ida C. Wyss, 70, who died Wednesday at Audrain Hospital, Mexico, were held this afternoon in Mexico, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.  She had been a patient at the hospital about three weeks.  Born in Audrain County on May 30, 1894, Mrs. Wyss was the daughter of Louis and Wilhelmina Fishback (sic) [Fisbeck] Boerger (sic) [Boeger).  On Feb. 18, 1912, she was married to Paul (Pete) Wyss, who died in February 1947.  Mr. (sic) [Mrs.] Wyss was a member of Littleby Methodist Church.  Survivors include four sons, George Wyss and William Wyss of Auxvasse and Walter Wyss and Robert Wyss of Mexico; two daughters, Mrs. Finis (Frances) Stubblefield of Mexico and Mrs. Dorothy Atkins of Kismet, Kan.; four brothers, William H. Boerger (sic) [Boeger) of Mexico, Walter Boerger (sic) [Boeger] of Hartsburg, Edward Boerger (sic) [Boeger] of St. Louis and Alfred Boerger (sic) [Boeger] of Independence; and one sister, Mrs. Joe Pickerel of Kansas City.  Eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.

Boeger, Walter Frederick Edward.  Source: Unknown newspaper.  [Died April 12, 1972] Walter Boeger, Hartsburg, dies.  Walter Edward Boeger, 74, of Hartsburg, died Saturday evening at St. Mary's Hospital.  Mr. Boeger was born June 23, 1896, in Mexico, the son of Louis and Minnie Fishback (sic) [should be Fisbeck] Boeger.  He was married June 21, 1921, at Hartsburg, to the former Miss Caroline Begemann, who survives.  Mr. Boeger had been and automobile mechanic for years at Riley Chevrolet Jefferson City.  He was a member of the Peace United Church of Christ, Hartsburg.  A veteran, he established the Hartsburg American Legion Post No. 424 and belonged to 40 and 8.  Other survivors include: a son, Ross Henry Boeger, Warsaw; a sister, a brother and four grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Peace United Church of Christ, Hartsburg, with the Rev. Hershell Hughes officiating.  Burial will be in Peace Cemetery, Hartsburg.  American Legion Post 424 will conduct graveside services.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Burnett Mortuary, Ashland.

Boeger, August F.  Source: Unknown newspaper, [Died January 19, 1964] August F. Boeger Dies At Hospital; Services Tuesday.  August Fred Boeger, 91, former resident of the Reform community who had lived in Fulton since 1944, died at 9:25 a.m. Sunday at Callaway Memorial Hospital.  He has made his home here with a daughter, Mrs. Freda Stollmeyer, 1200 Monroe Street.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the United Church of Christ.  The Rev. Robert G. Herrmann, Jefferson City (formerly of Fulton), will officiate and interment will be in the Unity Cemetery.  The Browning funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Pallbearers will be Ralph Elsenrath, Guy Craighead, Carl Lammers, Melvin Klick, Frank Gowin and Fred Klick.  Mr. Boeger was born in Maersburg, Germany, on July 16, 1872, son of Fred and Fredricka Soelka Boeger.  The Family came to America in 1882 after the death of his father.  On Oct. 25, 1900, he was married to Anna Christina Klick, and she precveded him in death on Aug. 22, 1950.  In addition to Mrs. Stollomeyer, he is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Lottie Wilmsmeyer, Fulton, and Mrs. Elsie Kormann, California, MO; and ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.  Four brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.

Boeger, Anna Christina (Klick): (Died August 22, 1950) - Gasconade County Native Had Been Ill For About A Year.  Mrs. Anna Christina Boeger, 74, who had been ill since she suffered a stroke last September, died Tuesday night at her home, 1200 Monroe street.  She had been seriously ill since last Sunday night.  Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Wallace Funeral Home and at 2:30 o'clock at the Unity Baptist Church.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.  Born on July 2, 1876, near Hermann, she was the daughter of the late Fredrick William and Anna Buel Klick.  She was married to August Boeger of Oct. 25, 1900, in Callaway County and the couple have lived in Fulton for the past six years.  She is survived by her husband; three children, Mrs. Freda Stollmeyer of Fulton, Mrs. Elsie Kormann of Jefferson City, and Mrs. Lottie Wilmsmeyer of Fulton; seven brothers, Gus Klick of Auxvasse, Fritz of Steedman; Ed of San Diego, George of Jefferson City, and Adolph, Ben and Manuel, all of Fulton; and ten grandchildren.

Boeger, Freda Anna Matilda Stollmeyer: (Died April 26, 1994) From "A Tribute To Freda" dated May 30, 1994 - Freda Anna Matilda Boeger was born May 30, 1902, in Audrain County, the oldest child of August and Anna (Klick) Boeger.  When she was 6 months of age, the family moved to Callaway County where she was baptized into the Evangelical Church (United Church of Christ).  Her two sisters, Elsie Boeger Kormann and Lottie Boeger Wilmsmeyer, are deceased.  Her early education was at Science Hill School, better known as "Possom College."  In 1913, after moving to Hartsburg, MO, she attended German School taught by the Pastor of the Evangelical Church where she was confirmed.  In 1930, she was married to Walter F. Stollmeyer, who died in 1953.  She is the mother of Norma Stollmeyer Maier of Jefferson City, Erna Stollmeyer Anderson of Hatton, and Hilda Stollmeyer of St. Charles, MO.  Grandchildren are Linda Maier of Winston-Salem, N.C. and Gary and Christy Maier of Louisville, Ky.  Great-grandsons are Zachary Ryan Maier (4 1/2) and Joseph Andrew Maier (15 mos.) of Louisville.  Freda is retired from the old International Shoe Co. Plant on 5th Street in Fulton.  She is a member of the Fulton United Church of Christ and the Women's Fellowship of that church.  She is also an associate member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, Hatton, and the Fellowship Sunday School Class.

Boeger, Edward H.  Source: Unknown newspaper: Edward H. Boeger.  [Died March 4, 1963] Edward H. Boeger, 87, of 3927 Wyoming, died Monday at the University of Kansas Medical Center.  He was born in Germany and came to this country when he was 7, settling in Mexico, Mo.  He lived in Kansas City from 1900 until about 1918, operating a blacksmith shop at Twenty-sixth and Indiana.  He lived in the West Line, Mo., and Louisburg, Kas. areas from 1918 until 1953, when he returned here.  Mr. Boeger was a member of the Christian church in Louisburg.  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Louise Boeger of the home; a son, John Boeger, Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, August Boeger, Fulton, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Pauline Knight, 6140 Raytown road, Raytown; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday at the Runyan chapel in Louisburg; burial in the Glenwild cemetery near West Line.

Boeger, Friederike Caroline Charlotte  Obituary from unknown newspaper, August 23, 1954: Mrs. Fredericka Kombrink.  Mrs. Frederika Kombrink, 89, a former resident of Kansas City, died yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs.  Elizabeth Schoedle, Santa Monica, Calif., with whom she had made her home since the death in 1950 of her husband, Edward H. Kombrink.  They moved to California in 1943.  She traveled to this country from Germany and was a resident here forty-five years.  She was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical and Reformed Church here.  Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Amanda Goldsberry, Oakland, Calif.; two step daughters, Mrs. Anna Smith, Los Angeles, and Mrs. Pauline Sushnik, Bartlesvillee, Ok.; three sons, William H. Stratemeier, 3862 East Sixtieth Terrace; Edward H. Stratemeier, 3534 Askew, and August F. Stratemeier, 3409 Bales; a sister, Mrs. Pauline Knight, 1520 Spruce, and two brothers, August Boeger, Fulton, Mo., and Edward Boeger, 3927 Wyoming.

Friederike Caroline (Sohlke) Boeger:  (Died Monday, August 28, 1899) Weekly Ledger, Thursday, 31 Aug. 1899 -

Mrs. Reka Boeger Dead.  Mrs. Reka Boeger, aged 60 years, died Monday at the home of her son in law John Dahlem one mile west of Skinner.  Deceased was a highly respected German lady and a member of Progress Church where she was buried Wednesday at 11 o'clock.  Rev. Phal officiated.

Mrs. Boeger Dead.  Mrs. Boeger, residing with her son in law, John Dahlem, North of town, died Monday of general debility and old age.  Deceased leaves several sons; viz: Louie, Fred and August, all residing in and near Mexico.  Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at the scene of her death, in the presence of relatives and immediate friends.

Lena (Klekamp) Boeger: (Died April 3, 1932) Mexico Weekly Ledger, Thursday, 7 Apr. 1932 - Word was received here Monday by Mrs. Pete Wyss, a niece, of the death in Kansas City Sunday of Mrs. Fred Boeger, former Mexico resident, after a year's illness.  She died at the family home, 4346 Charllott.  Mrs. Boeger, about 65 years old, was the former Miss Lena Klekamp, of this city.  The Boegers moved to Kansas City about 12 years ago.  Funeral services and interment were held there Tuesday.  Mrs. Boeger is survived by her devoted husband, by three daughters, Mrs. Cecil Alexander, Kansas City; Miss Minnie Boeger of the home and Mrs. W.W. Catobins, Decatur IL., by a sister, Mrs Fred Lange of Thompson, and by two brothers, Louis Klekamp, Miami Fla; and Albert H. Klekamp of Columbia, Mo.  Mrs. Boeger was a devout Christian and was a member of the Presbyterian Church while residing in this city.  Mrs. Louis Boeger of Mexico is a sister in law, and Mrs. Fred Boeger was an aunt of Mrs. Wyss and Will Boeger of this City.  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the Wagner Funeral Home at 1:30 o'clock at the Evangelical Church, Linwood and Benton Boulevard, Kansas City.  The Ledger joins many friends of the family in extending sympathy at Mrs. Boeger's death.

Boeger, Bernhardine (Knapheide): (Died Jan. 29, 1896) Mexico Weekly Ledger, Thursday, 6 Feb. 1896 - Mrs. Henry Boeger, who lived 5 miles north of Mexico, died Wednesday, Jan. 29.  Deceased leaves a husband and six Children.  The remains were buried at Progress, this county, Friday, Jan. 31.  Mrs. Boeger was a worthy woman and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
