- Mrs. Nevada Smith, wife of George Smith, died very suddenly at 3 o'clock
yesterday morning at the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Cook, where Mr. and Mrs. Smith
had rooms. She had previously been in reasonably good health and her death
came as a great shock to relatives and friends. Mrs. Smith was born in Bollinger
County, a member of the well known Robinson family. She was about 60 years
old. The funeral will be tomorrow afternoon at the Baptist Church. Besides Mr.
Smith, she is survived by 4 children, all living in St. Louis. They are,
Beulah, George G., Joseph E. and John O. Smith.
