My grandfather Dan McGhee lived in the Brownwood/Sturdivant area from at least 29 September, 1889 when he married Lydia E Wilkinson in Marble Hill. I am interested in anything regarding the mother Sarah and brother John; of Lydia Wilkinson. I cannot find Dan McGhee and his sons in the 1900 census, however all of them were born near Brownwood. The Hendrix ( Edward and Sadie)grandparents lived around Arab.I have quite a bit of the Hendrix history. I need help with especially the McGee/McGhee and Wilkinson family.

My Great-great-grandfather is listed in the 1880 Census as "Z T Pierce" (Bollinger County) with my Grandfather "James F Pierce". I've met a brick wall on researching my Great-great-grandfather. Someone has told me he was shot and killed by his brother-in-law (Sanford Harris) in 1895 but I've not been able to verify that. His wife is listed in the 1880 Census as Hanah (could be mis-spelled and really be Hannah). I also can't find her from that point (1880 Census) on but she may have remarried. My roots are deep in Missouri and I'd love to be able to trace Z T Pierce, find out the names of his parents, where he is buried, and find out if the story he was killed is true. I wish I knew what the Z T stands for also, that would help in my research. I would greatly be appreciated for any information you can forward to me. My email is jimandsharynp@cfl.rr.com Thanks in advance for your help.

Want to find information about George Washington Burrow, born 1871, in Bollinger Co.
Father James; want to find information about James' parents, grandparents, etc.
Believe 1880 census lists him (George W) with father James and step-mother Mary; listed as "son by previous marriage", age 9
Married Katie DeBoor about 1890 or 1891

Looking for any pic's, records of Thomas Phelan who married Sarah Harris. They lived in Marble Hill. Their youngest son was born 1900. William Henry Phelan. Sarah died sometime after and Thomas moved the family to Corning Arkansas where he died around 1909. What cemetary is she at I do not know. There are no known pic's of Thomas and Sarah. Thomas is buried in Corning Cemetary with no head stone.

I am looking specifically for information regarding John N. Hanners who I believe lived and died in Bollinger County, Missouri sometime between 1820 til an unknown time. His son Andy Hanners was born in 1860, Andy and his wife gave birth to my great-grandfather John Hanners in 1885 and he and his wife had my grandfather Henry Frank Hanners in 1909 and then came my father Frank Hanners, Jr. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have gleaned most of the above information from the death records from 1910 to present. Has anyone vied the microfiche that contains the death records from the 1870-1890 period, I believe that is roughly the time frame they have.
Thanks for any help
