I had thought all these years that he and his wife, Elmira LEMOND, were just from MO in general. Also, I had always thought that his father was John C. Williams and mother was Malinda JACOBS from IL. This license lists Thomas' father as James H. WILLIAMS and his mother as Celena or Selena HATCHER. Thomas was b. 17 Sept. 1857, married Elmira 18 May 1882 and he died after 1918. He was a railroader, farmer and miner. I really need some help with this person, and his parents, since this will completely change my lineage. The license also states that Thomas W. was born in Cape Girardeau Co., MO, which I had not known before. If anyone has any info at all, I would really appreciate getting it.
