In his 1837 will he left property to PRISCILLA and her two children whom "he raised as his own." He probably never married Priscilla as he had a wife in Kentucky. Both he and Priscilla owned property together. Family lore says that he sent the children to Iowa and set them up in businesses. Who were these children? What happened to Priscilla? Did she marry?
