
Henry B. Norman

Born: January 9, 1918 Died: January 7, 2002 H.B. Norman H.B. Norman, 83, of Senath, Mo., died Monday, Jan, 7, 2002, at Northeast Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark. Born Jan. 9, 1918, in Senath, son of the late John Henry and Pearl Keel Scruggs Norman, he was a farmer, taught and coached in Senath and was an agent for New York Life Insurance. On June 24, 1940, in Malden, Mo., he married Clementine Caneer, who preceded him in death on Nov. 2, 1988. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Charlotte Moore and one brother, Hanley Norman. Survivors include one son, John Norman and wife, Linda, of Jackson, Mo.; one daughter, JoAnn Norman, of Jonesboro, Ark.; five grandchildren, Brandon Norman and wife, Rhonda, Nathan Norman and wife, Audrey and Tyson Norman, all of Jackson, Henry Moore and wife, Sherri, of Festus, Mo. and Joe F. Moore Jr., of Sikeston, Mo. and three great-grandchildren, Randa Norman and Matthew and Joseph Moore. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Jan. 9, at the First United Methodist Church in Senath with the Rev. Gene West officiating. Burial was in the Senath Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joe Moore, Jr., Henry Moore, Brandon, Tyson and Nathan Norman, Lester Hunter and Mardon Layne. McDaniel Funeral Home of Senath was in charge of arrangements |
