I am seeking information on Martha A. Standridge born in MO in March 1885. Her parents were Jefferson Standridge and Mary Tucker Standridge. She was one of 11 children. She married Walker H. Chambers. They lived in Dunklin County. I can find no record for this couple or for a sister, Dora Standridge. It is possible that they are buried in the Tucker Cemetery in or near Campbell in Dunklin County. I am seeking any information about these people.

All of these people are related to the Ducketts except the Mathews women. Are they related to the Corder family? Searching for info concerning my family that grew up in and around Kennett, MO. My grandfatherm Joe Lacy, was a farmer in Kennett. Firstw ife was Nellie, second was Dora, maiden names unknown. Joe Lacy died in the late 1960's. His daughters were Pansy, Vivian and son Doyle W. Lacy (my father). Vivian married into the Kilbreath family and had numerous children. Some may still be living in the Kennett area. I am looking for birth certificates, marriage certificates, whereabouts of the family, death certificates or even dates & locations of the previous. Any and all info about the Lacy family would be appreciated. It is believed that some relatives of Joe Lacy with the Lacy name might still be living in Kennett, possibly Frank Lacy, John Lacy.

Looking for info on Newton Holt, b ca 1846, Gibson Co., TN, son, I believe, of Herod Holt and Sarah Gilliland. Also desire info on previous generations of Holts. Newton had siblings Emerson, Joseph Brooks, and Malinda, among others. My info is that he was a lawyer(the 1870 Gibson Co census shows him to be a farmer)and is buried in Campbell, MO. I do not know when he moved from TN to MO, but he disappears from the Gibson CO census between 1870 and 1880. I do not have a date of death for him.

I am looking for information on Elgin Charles White, born 19 June 1819 in TN. He died in Clarkton 1 Sept 1893 and is buried in Oak Grove. His first wife was Mary C.Page, b 11 Oct 1819, also in TN. She died 4 Nov 1879 in Clarkton. His second wife was Rebecca Simpson. Elgin had 5 children, possibly all born in Obion Co., TN: Lucy K, b 1839, m. James Monroe Waltrip. They were married 5 Aug 1860, she died in 1865. Emmaline Rebecca was b April, 1841, m John Alexander Hogue in 1863 and she d 30 July 1875 in Clarkton. Martha J was born in 184? and married Robert W.Stokes 5 March 1862. She died 14 Dec 1881. William was born in 1846. Sara, born 1848. Census records indicate this family in Dunklin Co in 1860. We are trying to confirm that this William White is the same person who m Lucinda Burnet Powers (also a resident of Dunklin County while married to John Powers. Lucinda and William were married in newton Co., AR 2 Oct 1873. She was a widow with 2 sons at the time of her marriage to William. Any info is appreciated.

Looking for any info on Joseph W. Hall b 26 Oct 1868 in IL, d 6 Oct 1907 in Kennett, Dunklin Co., MO. Married Alice Huffman on 20 July 1889. Joseph's and Alice's children are: Harrie, James Oran, Elmer, Daisy Dovie Jane, Bertha, Limas and Summers Hall. According to the 1900 census he was born in IL. I don't know who his parents are or any siblings. Joseph is my great-grandfather. My grandmother(Daisy Dovie Jane) lost her mother when she was 6 yrs old and her father when she was 7. She was reared by an aunt who said that she thought Joseph came from Greene Co., IL. Anyone having any info on the Hall family from that area of IL, please notify me.
