| Comments: | I am looking for information on Ernest L. & Leona R. Caughron who lived in Obion Co, TN went to visit Charles A. Caughron in Clay township near Hornersville, MO in 1918. They both died in the 1918 epidemic and are supposed to be buried in Hornersville, MO but I cannot find their graves. Is there a newspaper listing or something of all those that died in Dunklin Co during that epidemic. Any suggestions on how I can find where they are actually buried? Ernest died October 19, 1918 and Leona died October 22, 1918. |

James was the brother of Mary Ann Lee Pennington (Elijah Pennington) of Campbell, Dunklin County, and both were witnesses in her request for a Civil War Widow's Pension about 1902. | Comments: | Hi, Looking for information regarding a G. S. TODD who was living in Clay, Dunklin County, MO in the 1860 census. According to the census, he was born in North Carolina about 1834 and was a carpenter. Living with him is Missouri Todd born in Tennessee about 1841 which I am guessing is his wife. I would like to know if someone could tell me if there are possible legal documents regarding him and his wife, like a marriage certificate or land ownership. This G. S. They are to have lived in the Malden area. She died in 1872 and is said to be buried in Lawrenceburg Cemetery. David shows up in Carrol Co TN in 1890 marrying a Manervia Brackin. Nancy's parents were Hilliard and Mary Hogg Crabb from Benton Co TN. David's parents were Roddy and Ada Anderson Bishop from Benton Co TN. |
