Comments:
HENRY B. WATSON was born in Union Valley, near Watsontown, Camden Co., NJ. He came to Missouri in mid-1870s and settled in Valley Ridge, Dunklin Co., MO; but he lived and worked for a period in Philadelphia, PA aro 1900.

HENRY served five years in the regular Army in Troop I, 5th Calvary, 1877-1882; and also served as a Quartermaster Sergeant in Co. I, 6th Regiment MO Voluteer Infantry during the Spanish American War (1898-1899).

HENRY & SENOLA'S daughter, JETTIE A. WATSON, married JAMES FORKUM ca 1912-1915, probably in Stoddard Co., MO. Some of their children were EMMA A. who was born abt. 1916, and IVY RUTH, who was born abt. 1919. They lived in Liberty Twp., Stoddard Co., MO.

Henry & Senola's son, CHESTER W. WATSON, married DORIE WILSON. They had a son named HENRY C. WATSON, who was born abt. 1916. They too lived in Liberty Twp., Stoddard Co., MO.

I need dates of births, marriages, deaths, and burials. Who would have records for the Bethany Church Cemetery, in Bethany, MO?

Thank you for any help anyone can provide.

Henry B. Watson, b. 26 June 1869, in Union Valley, near Watsontown, Camden County, NJ, married Senola Cox, who was born in Illinois in 1872. They lived in Valley Ridge, MO ca 1890-1904. They had six children, two of which died in infancy, likely in Valley Ridge. Their names may have been Walton and Betty Ann. The other children were Chester W., Jettie A., Henry C., and Clifton. They went up to Bernie, Liberty Township, Stoddard Co., MO. Senola died between 1920-1930. Henry B. died on 11 January 1933, and was buried the next day in Bethany Cemetery, in Bethany, MO area. It is possible most of this family is buried in the same place. I would like to locate descendants of this family or speak with anyone who knows of them.
