Can anyone tell me how to locate old records from the Oddfellows for around the turn of the century around Hornersville. My Grt. GRd. father was buried by the oddfellows. Also I would like to find records from an old extinct church. It was located at Box Elder, Ar.(just across ark. line) It was a baptist church and was listed in the list of baptist churches district along with missouri churches, in the southern bootheel. I AM SEARCING for calvin thomas/thomasson married to fannie cato in scott co mo, their dautghter ida married neley strayhorn in scot co mo. dont know for sure who calvins father was but i think it may have johnitan and mother susan, on the strayhorn side neleys siblings were elizabeth roma minnia william . on the thomas side their children were ida, cora,nora, george, jesse( male_) johnitan strayhorn was born in tenn and susan was born in ky. i do not know anything about the cato side except idas mother was fanny cato and i think fannys father may have been isaac. seems these families didnt exist. i have been searching for years. can anyone help me before i go blind? thanks, doylus email gdpage@semo.net

James Toles MCGLAWN, born April 14, 1858 in AL; died June 16, 1903, Senath, Salem Twsp., Dunklin Co., MO. James is supposed to be buried in a cemetery in Senath possibly called Senath Cemetery. Would like to verify the dates of birth and death on head stone.

Arter [COATS] MCGLAWN, born Nov 17, 1857 in AL; married to James Toles MCGLAWN on Nov 17, 1878 in Shelby Co., AL; died Jan 31, 1948, buried Lulu Cemetery, Dunklin Co., MO.

Parents of Arter [COATS] MCGLAWN were Charles and Martha COATS.

Charles COATS, born abt 1811 in Kershaw Co., SC; died after 1870 in unknown location.

Martha or Patsy (wife of Charles Coats), born abt 1826 in York Co., SC; died after 1870 in unknown location.

Some of the children of Charles and Martha COATS may have been located in Dunklin Co., Missouri also. Their names were as follows....
