Comments:
I am looking for information on Samuel Marion JACKSON who married Rachel Elsebeth DIRICKSON. According to a newspaper article on Samuel he married Rachel on April 26, 1874 in Dunklin County, Missouri. I have not had any luck finding information on their marriage or his parents. His obit states that he was born to Cleaton and Louisa JACKSON. I found information in a online family sheet that suggest his mother died young and he was raised by a nearby family. I believe this family to be the James HEAD family. I have found Samuel living with this family in Dunklin co., MO in 1870. I am at a dead end with this Jackson line....any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tammy
