THOMPSON, Mrs. Lizzie, wife of Joe A. Thompson, died Jan 27 in Scott county near Blodgett, where they had lately gone from this county.

MATTHEWS. The wife of John Matthews died last Monday and was buried Tuesday. His son, aged 22 years, died last week. Mr. Matthews is now confined to his bed with the same disease of which his wife and son died , namely pneumonia.

LESIEUR, Mrs. Dixie, wife of our former fellow townsman, F. A. LeSieur died at her home in Pocahontas, Ark., Monday morning Feb 19. Gus V. LeSieur was notified by wire Monday of the sad event.

WINSTON, Jessie, who was injured by a falling tree last Thursday, died from his injuries Friday morning at 10 oclock. He was injured internally, the tree striking him with full force in the side, just below the ribs., knocking him from his horse (Dexter Messenger)
