HESTER WILSON MILLER Dec. 27, 1901-April 30, 1968 Mrs. Hester Miller, 66, widow of Lonnie Miller and a resident of Wardell, MO, died Thursday morning, April 30, 1968 at the Doctors Hospital in Poplar Bluff, MO. She had been ill for the past two months. Mrs. Miller was born in Union City, Obion County, TN, on December 27, 1901. She was married to Lonnie Miller, a lifelong resident of Wardell. She is survived by three sons and three daughters: L.J. Miller of Bonne Terre, MO; John Miller of Burkburnett, TX; Doyle Miller of Venus, FL; Mrs Dolly Montgomery of Poplar Bluff, MO; Mrs Nellie Wilson of Sikeston, MO, and Mrs. Linda Stills of Wardell, MO. She was preceded in death by three other children. Mrs. Miller has 25 grandchildren surviving. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., May 1 in the First Baptist Church in Wardell, MO with Reverend George Sisler officiating. Burial will be in Qulin Cemetery in Qulin, MO beside her daughter, Cora Velma Miller Barnes. Osburn Funeral home in charge of arrangements.
