MARY ELLEN MILLER Jan. 18, 1936-Dec. 18, 1975 Services for Mary Ellen Miller, 39, who died Dec. 18, 1975, in Kennett were held Dec. 21, at 1:30 p.m. at the Wardell Church of Christ with Brother Ralph McPherson officiating. Burial was in the Portageville Cemetery with the Jimmy Osburn Funeral Home of Wardell in charge of arrangements. The daughter of the late W.H. (Bill) Clifton and Mrs. Addine Hodges of Avon Park, FL, she was born January 18, 1936 in Wardell. On June 28, 1952, in Piggott, AR, she was married to Doyle (Hoover) Miller. Her husband preceded her in death on March 8, 1975. Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Addine Hodges, Avon Park, FL; four sons: Rodney, Billy, Gary and Bruce; three daughters, Connie, Kathy and Shelia, all of Wardell; three sisters, Mrs. Earline Christian, Northville, MI, Mrs. Audry Dye, Charleston, SC and Demetra Ann, West Winter Park, FL. She is also survived by one granddaughter, Mary Leeann. Pallbearers were Joe Haven, Jess Byrd, Isaac Woten, Chip Smith, Jerry Bullock and Dwight Fritz.
