RUBE MILLER Jul. 11, 1874-Jan. 22, 1955 Rube Miller, 80, died at his home in Sikeston Saturday and funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Wardell Baptist Church with the Rev. A.C. Gardner and the Rev Guy Lawyer conducting the service. Burial was in Wardell Memorial Cemetery with Jimmy Osburn Funeral Home in charge . Mr. Miller was a native of Pemiscot County, having been born at Wardell on July 11, 1874. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Stella Mae Canoy Miller of Sikeston; four sons, Vernon Miller of Wardell, Herman Miller and Raymond Miller of Paducah, KY, and Elmer Miller of Sikeston; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Ruby) Lynn of Bragg City and Mrs. Wallace (Thelma) Lee of Sikeston; and 18 grandchildren.
