Jan. 24, 1910-Feb. 17, 1978 Servics for George Holloway Owens, 63, who died at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, 1978, at his home were conducted at 3:00 p.m. today in the Draper Funeral Home in Ontario, CA. Mr. Owens was born Jan. 24, 1910, in Wardell, MO. He was employed by Kaiser Steel Corporation in Ontario until two months ago. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Virgie Husk Owens; his mother, Mrs. Nevada Miller Owens of East Prairie, MO; three sons, Bobby Owens of Las Vegas, NV, and Gary and George Miller Owens of Ontario, CA; one daughter, Mrs. Gilbert Graves of Nebraska; one brother, Willie Owens of East Prairie, MO; one sister, Mrs. Mable Owens of East Prairie, MO; and nine grandchildren.
