QRYTEXT: Searching for obituary on John G. Griffith of Clovis NM, who died in Caruthersville, MO, on 2 January 1935, while visiting friends. Is there any chance there might be an obit available? Or could anyone direct me to the local library or newspaper for research? Basically this is all we know. We are curious about with whom he was visiting and about the cause of death. Thought possibly something was posted in the paper since he died at friend's home. His body was returned for burial to Clovis. Thank you.

QRYTEXT: Looking for anyone that knew of Louis Richard THOMPSON married to Ara Mae DEXTER that lived in Clarkton in the early 1900's or before. Louis was a "horse doctor" (Vet) and Ara was known for being a very good cook,they boarded railroad workers, and she fed most of the hobo's that came through town by rail. Grandmother said their home was right next to the tracks in CLarkton.
