Looking for info on Harrison Adams (could be William Harrison Adams) who married an Eddleman. Family lore is he abandoned his two daughters, Mary Jane Adams b:Jan 11, 1850 and Amanda Adams b:abt 1852 after their mother died.(his 2nd wife didn't want them). Supposedly Caroline Skidmore, daughter of James Skidmore, living in Brazeau twp, Perry,MO in 1850 census took them in with her husband Thomas Hardesty. Caroline was supposed to be their Aunt.
There was a Nancy E. Eddleman who married a William H. Adams in Perry in 1848, living next door to Caroline Skidmore in the 1850 census listed as Ann E. Adams. Her brother Isaac Eddleman age 17 and her husband Wm. H. Adams were living with her. The problem is I can't find a record that connects Caroline as an aunt to the Adams girls although i did confirm she took them in as they are listed in the 1860 Randolph county, IL census living with Caroline and her husband Thomas Hardesty and daughter Sarah Hardesty.
Does anyone out there know of a marriage record of a Caroline Skidmore to an Eddleman (maybe Isaac) or an Adams in Perry County bet. 1850-1855? William H. Adams, Nancy E./Ann E. Eddleman and Isaac Eddleman disappear after the 1850 census. Is there a cemetery listing for any of them in Perry county? or a marriage of Harrison/Wm. H. Adams to another woman after 1854/1856 in Perry County, MO?
Please help!

I am trying to find connection, to Matilda Broeker who married William Fulbright in the 1885-88. The license was from perry county, William was from cape giruadeau county, but Sedgewickville, bollenger county was mentioned. So I am confused.
If I can prove Matilda's father Eberhard Broeker was a brother to John Martin Broeker in Franklin county, I will be happy. Thanks
